Indisea's operating procedures focus on customer ease and satisfaction. We have workstreams of building new connectors to support customers that are stable, reliable, maintained appropriately, enhanced when necessary, and fix bugs as they appear. We handle feature requests, new connectors, new features, and platform releases. When our customers release new product capabilities, we enhance the connectors. Those things are all happening concurrently and within a timely manner. From the stability side, there is no customer downtime.
We built the connector program at Avalara. Now we build them for everyone else
The whole team came out of the connector program at Avalara, one of them by way of Google, and one by way of a company Avalara acquired. It is the same people, doing the same work, for everyone else now.
